Lee has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years and set up Rhodes Advisory in 2017. Before setting up Rhodes Advisory, he was a Director at a Consumer Credit Firm, his background in the Lending industry has given him great experience to bring to his role as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
When Lee isn’t working he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife Anna and lovely son Sebastian.

Seema is a Mortgage and Protection Advisor with more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked with organisations such as HSBC and GetGround. She is CeMAP qualified and passionate about supporting clients with clear, informed advice, tailored to their individual mortgage and protection needs.
Beyond her professional role, Seema is a creative at heart and holds a professional diploma in acting.
